The daughter of a Russian Air Force member, Victoria lived on military bases before moving to the U.S. in 1996. She was a competitive Latin ballroom dancer for 10 years, so... it’s a plus if you can go toe to toe with her on the dance floor. The Ukraine-born daughter of a Russian Air Force member, Victoria... has always been in the spotlight, with more than 10 years of competitive Latin dancing experience under her belt.
